Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unused, unwashed, unaltered products in its original packaging (including tags, paper wrap, plastic wrap) for a full product refund within 30 calendar days of the package confirmed delivered to the recipient.
How do I start a return?
Shoot us a quick email at hello@shopsaltdrop.com. Include your order number and which item you would like to return If there was a defect or something wrong with your order, please let us know within 48 hours.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any concerns at hello@shopsaltdrop.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift card
If a package is denied, refused, or undeliverable based on the address provided to the seller at checkout, the buyer is responsible for any shipping fees charged to the seller.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@shopsaltdrop.com.
